Job Summary: Responsible for leading a team of software engineers to develop scalable and efficient algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining high quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software development teams to design, implement, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and system design documents.
• Ensure timely project delivery, meeting deadlines and milestones while maintaining high quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase team productivity and efficiency.Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and on budget.
  • Strong technical skills in software development languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
