U.S., managing inbound leads from Machinery Trader, Iron Connect,
eBay, and Facebook Marketplace, and helping businesses find the
right machines, we need to talk.
This is not a rental counter job. The primary focus is on Asset
Sales in any territory outside of Upstate NY, with Rental Sales
being a support function to the Rental Counter Manager when
needed.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing
Asset Sales - National Focus
--- Own the asset sales process, managing deals across the U.S. for
machines and attachments.
--- Work hot inbound leads from Machinery Trader, Iron Connect,
eBay, Facebook Marketplace, phone, and email inquiries.
--- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customers find the right
equipment at the right price.
--- Develop repeat business by building relationships with buyers
who need equipment regularly.
--- Maintain online sales platforms by updating inventory,
adjusting pricing, and optimizing listings for maximum
exposure.
Rental Sales (Support Role)
--- Act as a backup to the Rental Counter Manager, assisting during
peak times or when additional coverage is needed.
--- Provide exceptional customer service for rental inquiries when
supporting the rental team.
--- Learn the rental business to identify cross-selling
opportunities for customers who may also be looking to
purchase.
Business Growth & Customer Engagement
--- Leverage CRM tools to track leads, customer interactions, and
follow-ups.
--- Work alongside outside sales and service teams to provide
customers with full-service solutions.
--- Keep an eye on market trends, pricing, and equipment
availability to maximize sales.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
--- Proven Sales Closer. You know how to hunt, negotiate, and close
deals-this is a sales-driven role.
--- Heavy Equipment Knowledge. Experience in equipment sales,
construction sales, or industrial markets is highly preferred.
--- Self-Starter Mentality. You thrive in a role where you own your
results and drive your own success.
--- Comfort with Digital Sales. You're familiar with selling on
platforms like Machinery Trader, Iron Connect, Facebook
Marketplace, and eBay.
--- People-Person. You can build relationships, sell with
confidence, and create long-term customers.
--- Adaptability. While Asset Sales is the primary role, you're
willing to support rental operations as needed.
