You'll troubleshoot everything from shoddy air conditioning to electrical systems, conducting preventive maintenance and structural repairs along the way. Responsibilities:

--- Maintain accurate customer records for vehicles' repairs, parts, maintenance histories, and more
--- Perform system inspections, test drives, and diagnostic tests to determine necessary repair work
--- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow auto mechanics to diagnose and repair vehicles' mechanical issues
--- Engaging in learning opportunities to update job knowledge and technical skills
--- Complete preventive maintenance work on vehicles, including oil changes, air conditioning service, filling fluids, and replacing brake pads, spark plugs, and batteries


Qualifications:

--- Experience and manual dexterity using hand tools and other equipment is needed
--- Excellent work ethic, listening, problem-solving, and communication skills are desired

--- Associate's degree from a vocational program, technical school, or community college is preferred - ASE certification is a big bonus
--- A valid driver's license is necessary
--- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
--- Must be willing to work hard
--- Must care about your work
--- Want to be here, and accomplish goals
--- Want to learn and be better
