Commercial HVAC/R, Cooking Equipment Technician needed at CDM, Capital District Mechanical. Full Time Tech. Vans to bring home. Uniforms supplied by CDM. PTO/Holidays, Health Insurance, 401K. offered $18.00-$38.00/hr.

An HVAC/ R Commercial Technician, installs and repairs various HVAC/Refrigeration, Kitchen equipment. Their main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.

HVAC Technician Duties And Responsibilities

HVAC Technicians have several responsibilities. Depending on the specifics of a job, their primary duty is to either maintain systems or install new units (service and repair). HVAC/R - Cooking/Refrigeration Equipment Technicians spend much of their time alternating between these two roles. Other common responsibilities for HVAC Technicians include:

Removing old systems
Installing new systems
Working with all commercial cold and hot side equipment
Performing routine maintenance and repair
Communicating with office and technicians
Meeting local HVAC codes - EPA Certified/Osha Certified
Valid Drivers License
