About This Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, calls, cases, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask.

Job Description:

  • Handle inbound calls and cases, addressing customer inquiries, or requests
  • Provide support to our Distributor Network
  • Assisting with creating, reviewing, and updating standard work documentation
  • Provide customers with their warranty information
  • Provide accurate information regarding our products, and company policies.
  • Document customer interactions in our database and maintain up-to-date records
  • Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary
  • Follow call scripts and processes while adapting to each customer's needs
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and departments to provide solutions to customer problems


    Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma OR GED
    • 2+ years of experienc e in a call center OR customer service role



    • Preferred Qualifications:

      • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (ServiceBench and Salesforce Preferred)
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations

        Pay Range:
        $41,500 - $72,625 Annually
