Job Type: Long-Term Contract - 1 Year
Pay Range: $33 - $45 per hour, depending on experience

A well-established organization is seeking a Senior HR Representative to support strategic HR initiatives, employee relations, and data management.

Responsibilities:

Assist in executing HR initiatives, including salary progression programs and data analytics projects.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Address routine employee relations matters and contribute to resolving complex cases.
Manage HR data processes in Workday, including workflow updates, audits, and data corrections.
Develop and maintain measurement systems to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.
Three to five+ years of experience in human resources.
Strong execution skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
Experience with data analytics and HR-related data management.
Workday experience preferred but not required.
