-BLS, ACLS, (2) years of OR experience, and vascular experience in
the following required: open vascular surgery cases ranging from
amputations to open abdominal aortic repairs, hybrid/endovascular
cases, peripheral angiograms, venograms with radiographic
intervention, and all aneurysms
