COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)

• 
  
• Salary Base: -$310K - $325,000+ RVU Incentive paid quarterly (RVU not added in base salary - extra income)
  
• CME: $3,000 + 5 days
  
• Malpractice paid 100%
  
• PTO: 14 paid holidays, 30 days for vacation and sick time. -(accrues yearly) -
  
• Relocation: Relocation assistance dependent on SBUH & IRS guidelines
  
• Sign-on bonus: yes
  
• Student loan Repayment: Non-Profit Employer, assistance with PSLF, and dependent on eligibility.

  RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)
  
  
  • 
    
  • 50% -Academic, Teaching, building C&A program.
    
  • 50% -Clinical: Coverage/oversight: C&A Outpatient Department, and 10 bed IP Unit (IP director -onsite.) -
    
  • Supervision of school-based evaluation and consultation programs. Some travel to school districts may be involved if needed within short distance.
    
    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA) - -
    
    
    • 
      
    • Board Certification in C&A
      
    • 5+ years post-residency experience
      
    • 3+ years Child Psychiatric administration experience
      
    • Track record of teaching and research involvement
      
    • Publication, and academic experience
