(Y/N) What is the req? NoWill this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Float to MS, ICU, ED. If staff float to ICU or ED it is to care for Med/Surg level patients or be helping hands. Will not practice outside of scopeOpen to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) They will try but not guaranteedLocals accepted: (Y/N) No - 50 milesPending License accepted: (Y/N) NoRTO Restrictions: We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract--- No holiday RTO. The agency nurse will not work all holidays but we need to use our discretion on which holiday we will need the agency nurse to workGuaranteed Hours: 36Special Requirements: Tele required.
