• Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
• Location: Canandaigua, NYWe are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. Our long-term care facility provides a supportive environment for residents, and we are committed to delivering the highest quality of care and quality of life.Responsibilities:
  • Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
  • Provide personal care for residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal services, including setting up tray tables and serving nutritional supplements.
  • Keep residents' areas clean and tidy, making beds and ensuring a comfortable living environment.
  • Help prevent bedsores by adjusting residents as needed.Requirements:
    • Current NYS State Certification as a CNA.
