As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Medicine Physician to join our dynamic Primary Care team.Position Overview: As an Internal Medicine Physician in our Primary Care department, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive and personalized healthcare services to our diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough medical assessments, examinations, and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients on preventive care and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the electronic health record system.
