Rome Memorial Hospital in Rome, NY
---7on/7off hospitalist and nocturnists needed
---130 beds; 11 ICU Beds
---Nocturnist work load: 3-4 admits per night
---Subspecialty Support: Everything but Neurology and Neuro
Surgery
---Hospitalists run the codes
---6 doctor model (2 physicians during the day and 1 Nocturnist
in-house at night)
---Average census is 14-18 census per day
---Open ICU
---Intubation is required although they rarely will have to
intubate
---Will take IM, FP with experience
---EMR is McKesson
