Job Summary:

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in their recovery and rehabilitation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

--- Observe and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
--- Assist with personal hygiene, including bed baths, shaving, and other personal care tasks
--- Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake
--- Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
--- Maintain a clean and tidy environment for residents
--- Transport residents within the facility
--- Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores

Requirements:

--- Must be able to work as a team member
--- Successful completion of a CNA program
--- Current CNA State Certification
--- Must be in good standing with State Registry

Benefits:

We offer a competitive pay rate, with an additional $0.65 shift differential for evenings and nights. We also offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a $1,000 retention bonus.
