Dietitians and nutritionists are experts in using food and nutrition to promote health and manage disease.RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform comprehensive nutritional screening and assessment upon admissionEvaluate and monitor nutrition-related changes for the continuum of careParticipate in Interdisciplinary rounds to coordinate patient's needs and careProvide recommendations for artificial nutrition support as neededKeeping informed about the latest discoveries in nutritionProvide in-services on nutrition-related topics for facility staff as neededREQUIREMENTS:Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist credential is mandatory.
