You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of heavy equipment, ensuring they operate at peak performance.

Responsibilities:
--- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on heavy machinery and construction equipment.
--- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
--- Repair or replace defective parts and components as necessary to ensure safety and reliability.
--- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on equipment.
--- Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics and apprentices in best practices.
--- Collaborate with project managers to schedule machine repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime.
--- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

--- Experience and manual dexterity using hand tools and other equipment is needed
--- Excellent work ethic, listening, problem-solving, and communication skills are desired

--- Associate's degree from a vocational program, technical school, or community college is preferred - ASE certification is a big bonus
--- A valid driver's license is necessary
--- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
--- Must be willing to work hard
--- Must care about your work

--- Want to learn and be better
