Part time Call Center Representatives

Job Description:

Adecco Employment Services has several part time job opportunities in the Syracuse area for experienced Inbound and Outbound Call Center representatives.

The Inbound positions are for night and weekend shifts and would be ideal for someone seeking a part time 2nd job for extra income!

Weekend shifts are typically 4 to 5 hour shifts. Saturday hours are between Noon to 8pm and Sundays are between 8am to 4pm

Weeknight shifts would be from 5pm to 10pm.

The Outbound positions are Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm and previous sales experience is preferred.

Both Call Centers are seeking experienced motivated individuals that are willing to work on an as needed basis, approximately 10 to 25 hours per week. Inbound Call-Center representatives typically handle customer inquiries and respond using the computer resources available to them. Good computer skills and the ability to navigate through windows effectively is essential. Excellent telephone customer service attitude is also needed. Be ready to ask "Is there anything else that I can do to assist you tonight?" and provide excellence in your levels of service with each call. No sales are required with Inbound positions. Sales experience preferred for the Outbound.
