Test Engineer in Rochester, NY:
 
Are you an experienced Test Engineer or an IT professional looking that is looking for you next career opportunity? The Test Engineers will be responsible for testing web based business applications in a collaborative team environment.
 
Ideal candidates for the role of Test Engineer will have manual software testing experience and familiarity with quality assurance testing tool such as Quality Center. Any experience working in an Agile environment would also be a plus as this is integrated development organization. A basic understanding of SQL is also recommended for this position.
 
Responsibilities:

• 
  

• Executing manual test scripts
• Provide detailed documentation on bugs and defect in the appropriate testing tool
• Collaborating with Software Development on testing efforts and planning

 
Requirements:

• 
  

• Some experience testing software or business applications
• Basic understanding of SQL for data validation
• Experience with at least one industry testing toll such as Quality Center
